Starting Your Project
When contacting Sign Innovations for a job proposal you will receive the first rendering and the bid for free. For any additional renderings, revisions, or drawings there will be a charge. Rendering charges will be added to the invoice.
However, if you decide NOT to place your order with Sign Innovations, ALL drawings, ideas, bids, pictures, renderings, and graphics are STILL OWNED and COPYWRITED by Sign Innovations until you purchase them. No exceptions. Terms & Conditions
SIGN INNOVATIONS and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/ or cancel orders at its discretion, without limitation.
All payments due upon receipt of item or completion of project. We do NOT offer financing services. Sales Tax
7.75% Sales Tax will apply to any orders within California. There are no sales tax charges for out of state orders.
Shipping
All shipping charges are standard UPS rates.
We will email your UPS Tracking # as soon as we ship your order. Please make sure that you will be AVAILABLE to receive the package. We are NOT responsible for returned packages due to undeliverability. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGE and it will be additional $3.50 for signature service request. We offer shipping to all 48 contiguous United States via UPS for 2 to 6 business days. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Canada or Internationally. NO P.O. Boxes, or APO / FPO address. All items will be shipped within 48 hours after payment is received for IN STOCK ITEMS, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom ordered items will ship within 2 weeks or when custom items are completed, (whichever is sooner) AND AFTER payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. *Our shipping cost includes insurance, packaging & handling charges and other special oversize and over-weight charges by our shipping carrier UPS. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, contact with us within 5 business days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in original package. All returned items must be new and UNUSED. The Customer is responsible for ALL of the shipping costs that apply to either an Exchange or Return situation. Monies will be refunded through the same method as the Payment, once the returned item is received and checked to satisfy the original condition. Refund will be given only when we receive the return items.
